The Applied Biostatistics Association (TABA) invites you to a seminar and dinner:Title: Getting started – and keeping going – with R
Presenter: Prof Georges Monette,
Mathematics and Statistics, York University

Abstract: The statistical software R has become very popular. Do you want to learn R but don’t know where to start? Wondering if it is worth your time and effort to learn? Want an idea of the strengths and weaknesses of R? This seminar will cover these points and more.

When: 
Tuesday, January 15th, 2013
6-7 pm seminar
7 pm dinner (optional, but registration required)

Where:  Room 7-605, Princess Margaret Hospital, 610 University Avenue

Cost: Seminar – free
Dinner – $15  (students $5)
